A
note about how we operate
When you order plants and seeds from our
catalogue, we reserve them for you to pick up at our farm between
May 20 and May 31,
2010 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or otherwise by special arrangement. We also
ship plants within the continental U.S. in mid-May.
Pre-ordering
allows you access to our most extensive selection, allows you discounts over
walk-in prices, and is our attempt to
ensure you get the
plant material you desire. When you order from our catalogue, we
will send an order confirmation and a pick-up reminder, as well as
information about scheduling pick-up of your order.
Please know that we work with your
satisfaction in mind and will make every effort to fill your order exactly
to your specifications. We advise ordering early: occasionally we sell out
of some plants and seeds.
Order before April 1, please. Orders placed by February 25th qualify for our Early Bird
Discount.
In
order to receive your discount, your order must be mailed, faxed or emailed
and sent with at least 25% down-payment postmarked by 2/25/10.
Order
subtotals $25.00-75.00 deduct 5%

but be advised we have a very limited supply of plants available for walk-in
customer.
Pricing
and down-payment
Look for plant prices at the beginning of
each plant section. Apply pre-order discount to your order as per the chart
adjacent to the order form at the center of this catalogue. Catalogue
prices on compost and potatoes are indicative of pre-order discounts over
regular season prices. Please be sure to use the correct side of our order
form: order compost and potatoes on side one; order plants and seeds on side
two. Use extra sheets as necessary, please.
Shipping orders—pricing and shipping rates
Please note that to ensure quality, we ship
only single plants; we do not ship 6 packs or 4 packs. We apply
shipping charges according to region. Please use the following chart to
assess charges per 4 single plants shipped:
New England: $9.50 per 4 single
plants
All other states East of the
Mississippi River $11.90 per 4 single plants
All states West of the Mississippi
River $15.95 per 4 single plants
